If you need help, have a question, found a bug, or want to request account or data deletion, contact us at support@juor.app.

What to Include

To help us respond faster, please include:

• The app name.
• Your device type.
• Your operating system version.
• A short description of the issue.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful.

Account and Data Deletion

If an app includes an account, you may request account deletion by contacting support@juor.app.

Please include the app name and the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your request before deleting account data.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account information unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment-related reasons.
